Quality Policy

Cynosure is committed to delivering high-quality consultancy services through the application of rigorous and systematic methodologies for data collection, processing, analysis, and synthesis of qualitative and quantitative information, including surveys, research studies, and evaluations. The organization strives to achieve 100 percent client satisfaction by consistently delivering services in accordance with agreed Terms of Reference (TORs), contractual commitments, and applicable quality standards. A target of ≥ 90% of projects will be delivered without major quality-related client complaints, as measured through project closure reviews and client feedback. The organization is committed to maintaining full compliance with all applicable client, donor, statutory, and regulatory requirements, including internationally recognized data protection and privacy safeguards, such as principles reflected in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other relevant best practices. Cynosure remains accountable to the populations and stakeholders it serves by applying Accountability to Affected Populations (AAP) principles and integrating Gender Equality, Disability, and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) considerations, as well as appropriate environmental safeguards, across all consultancy activities.

Cynosure is committed to ensuring the consistency and quality of deliverables through the application of structured quality assurance and peer review processes. 100% of key deliverables will undergo peer review or quality checks to ensure compliance with client requirements and internal quality standards. Where deviations or nonconformities are identified, corrective actions are implemented in a timely manner, reviewed for effectiveness, and used as inputs for continual improvement. The target is to close 100% of corrective actions within agreed timelines, as documented through the Corrective Action Register and management reviews. To strengthen continual improvement, Cynosure systematically identifies and closes corrective actions, monitors performance against quality objectives, and regularly evaluates results during management reviews. We are committed to ensuring that ≥ 90% of staff and key associates are oriented on QMS requirements annually, supporting a culture of continual learning and quality awareness through training, orientation, and ongoing engagement.

 

Through the effective establishment, implementation, and maintenance of a Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, Cynosure is committed to continual improvement, risk reduction, and the consistent delivery of conforming services. This Quality Policy provides the framework for establishing, monitoring, and reviewing quality objectives and performance targets. It is communicated, understood, and applied throughout the organization. The policy is maintained as documented information and is reviewed periodically to ensure its continued suitability, effectiveness, and alignment with the organization’s strategic direction.
