Cynosure Successfully Completes the UNICEF Congo Country Programme Evaluation (2020-2026)

Cynosure is pleased to announce the successful completion of the Evaluation of the UNICEF-Government of Congo Country Programme (2020-2026). This major assignment marks a significant milestone in our ongoing collaboration with global partners to improve the effectiveness of development interventions.

The evaluation provided a comprehensive assessment of the strategic cooperation between UNICEF and the Government of the Republic of Congo, with a focus on maternal and child health, nutrition, education, and child protection. By employing a rigorous mixed-methods approach, including desk reviews, key informant interviews, and focus group discussions, our team analyzed the program’s relevance and sustainability across both national and sub-national levels. The findings offer actionable insights into how UNICEF’s interventions have contributed to reducing child mortality and aligning with the National Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), ensuring a continued focus on equity and system strengthening for children and adolescents throughout the region.
