The Project "Prevention and Protection of Women from Violence through access to Justice, Services, and Safe Spaces" was launched in 2016. Its aim was to improve women's access to justice, services, and safe spaces by working with various stakeholders such as community organizations, law enforcement, justice departments, and social service providers. UN Women Pakistan scaled up its response to gender-based violence through the project. The evaluation aimed to assess the relevance, coherence, effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability, and impact on gender equality and human rights. The evaluation served three purposes: accountability, learning, and decision-making, and assessed the results of the project implemented in 5 districts from 2016 to 2020.
