The GRASP initiative project aimed to evaluate the capabilities and facilities of wholesale agricultural produce markets (APMs) in the districts of Balochistan and Sindh. Cynosure conducted a field survey in 18 horticulture and livestock APMs and produced capacity assessment reports, market profiles, and improvement plans for both horticulture and livestock APMs in the two districts.

The Commonwealth Secretariat's Consensus Building Program was evaluated covering a period of eight years, including the current (2017/18-2020/21) and previous (2013/14-2016/17) Strategic Plan periods. The evaluation included nine projects, CHOGM and ministerial meetings and supportive mechanisms. The evaluation was commissioned by Cynosure Consultants to assess the Secretariat's performance in utilizing its convening power, global presence and influence. The evaluation focused on the impact and results of consensus building meetings and processes on various functional areas such as Youth, Gender, Finance, Foreign Affairs, Trade, and Law. The evaluation team conducted an in-depth review of four specific thematic areas (Rule of Law, Education, Health, Trade Connectivity). The evaluation aimed to assess the initiatives, results achieved, impact generated, lessons learned and implications for future projects and initiatives.
