The EDACE project aimed to empower citizens and strengthen constructive citizen-state relations in Sindh and Punjab provinces by improving rights awareness, citizen engagement, access to justice, and provision of security services. The project was funded by UNL FCO and implemented by DAI. Cynosure was selected to establish baselines for monitoring and evaluation of the program by conducting a baseline survey in eight districts of Sindh and Punjab. The survey results were used as a foundation for monitoring and evaluating the program's progress towards its goals.

Cynosure Consultants was hired to evaluate the impact of a project providing emergency livelihood assistance to flood-affected farming households in Badin, Mirpurkhas, Tando Allah Yar, and Thatta districts of Sindh, Pakistan. The project aimed to restore agriculture-based livelihoods and food security for vulnerable households affected by the flood. The impact evaluation focused on the major crop support component of the project. The evaluation aimed to determine the extent to which the project met its objective of restoring livelihoods and food security in the affected areas.
