The "Improve Productivity for Economic Development of Smallholder Women and Men Farmers in Pakistan" was a 35-month project aimed at increasing the incomes of smallholder farmers in 3 districts of Pakistan. The project supported 1,200 smallholder farmers in Muzaffargarh, 150 women land grantees in Dadu, and 40 farmers in Musa Khel by improving their livelihoods through land utilization and modern dairy practices. The project focused on promoting women's property rights and productivity, enhancing dairy livestock production, and strengthening small businesses. Cynosure conducted an end of project evaluation to assess the project's performance, including its relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability, and impact.
Environmental Scoping Study of South Asia WASH Result-Based Program (SAWRP)

The South Asia WASH Results Program was a 4-year project implemented by a consortium led by Plan UK and including WaterAid, WSUP, Unilever, IPSOS MORI, and WEDC in Pakistan and Bangladesh. The program aimed to promote the sustained use of hygienic toilets and hand-washing with soap and improve water supply in communities facing water supply problems. Cynosure Consultants conducted an environmental sustainability assessment for the DFID-funded program. The objective was to identify and reduce risks to water resources and quality and maximize sustainability, climate, and environmental opportunities in the target districts of Swabi, Thatta, and Umerkot.
