Cynosure conducted an evaluation of the "Improved Productivity for Economic Development of Smallholder Women and Men Farmers in Pakistan" project, implemented in partnership with three NGOs in District Dadu, District Muzaffargarh, and District Musa Khel. The project aimed to promote women's property rights, enhance dairy livestock production, and increase the incomes of smallholder farmers in Pakistan. A consultative and participatory approach was used to verify project achievements and assess performance in accordance with OECD-DAC criteria. The evaluation was conducted through desk review of project documents and interviews with key stakeholders.

The DFAT and the University of Queensland provided a two-week training to 23 Pakistani women police officers in "Women in Policing: Leadership and Gender Based Violence". The purpose was to improve the leadership skills and GBV response capabilities of female police officers. The training was held from 16th January to 27th January 2017. Cynosure facilitated and coordinated the training program in Islamabad and managed the program, including assisting in the design and delivery of the training.
