The GIZ Support to Local Governance (LoGo) program aims to improve local government and service delivery to citizens in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Punjab. The program focuses on strengthening local governance, increasing revenue and enhancing state-citizen dialogue. One aspect of the "State-Citizen Dialogue" result area is the training program on digital skills for female IT professionals to promote equality in the technology sector. Cynosure provided services for the program, including a stakeholder analysis of women in the IT sector in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, identifying female IT professionals for training, arranging a kick-off event, and preparing a boot camp with international experts.

Cynosure was assigned to develop a strategic framework for Oxfam's governance and fragility programs in Pakistan. The framework aimed to build on previous and current governance programs, set the direction of Oxfam's governance programming, and provide guidance on effective planning, implementation, and monitoring of projects. The framework was developed using a consultative and participatory approach, with a focus on four key areas: citizens empowerment and inclusion/civic engagement, accountability and transparency, promoting peace and social cohesion, and provision of equitable quality public services.
