Established in 2003, Cynosure has grown from its humble origins of a local company to one of the leading service providers to the international development sector. We owe our growth to the untiring dedication of our evolving team and roster of consultants spread across Asia, Africa, North America, Europe, and Oceania. As a woman-founded, women led organization, we believe that the best results are achieved when men and women partner to work towards a common goal.
Having supported an ever growing list of United Nations agencies, bilateral donors, international NGOs, and corporations we have been rewarded time and again through timely and satisfactory delivery to our clients.
Cynosure is a federally registered firm in Pakistan and Canada.

Our Principal consultants' geographical experience spans over
15 countries across four continents
including Afghanistan, Australia, Bhutan, Cambodia, China, Eritrea, Indonesia, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, Somalia, Thailand and USA.
Within Pakistan, we work in all four provinces, AJK, Gilgit-Baltistan and the Tribal Districts.
